大赛介绍
COMPETITION INTRODUCTION
“创•在上海”国际创新创业大赛暨中国创新创业大赛（上海赛区）（以下简称“大赛”）以“创•在上海”为主题，旨在促进科技型中小企业创新发展，引导更广泛的社会资源支持创新创业，宣传创新创业人物，树立创新创业品牌，打造一批科技创业明星，激发全社会的创新创业热情，推动大众创业、万众创新。
提升创新创业水平
通过促进科技创新和成果转化，培育高水平、高层次、高素质的创业团队和具有核心创新能力的高成长性战略性新兴产业源头企业，提升新时期创新创业水平。
营造创新创业氛围
激发全民创新创业精神，吸纳优秀创新创业人才，营造“鼓励创新、支持创业”的氛围，在全社会掀起创新创业的高潮，为建设创新型国家奠定坚实的基础。
弘扬创新创业文化
探索科技与文化的结合，充分利用电视、新媒体等互动方式，宣传创新创业人物，树立创新创业品牌，让更多的人了解和参与创新创业，带动就业。
促进科技和金融结合
发挥政府引导作用，利用市场机制，聚集各种创新资源，吸纳包括银行、创业投资机构在内的社会各方力量广泛参与对科技型中小企业的投入，为创新创业企业招建融资服务平台,促进中小企业的创新发展。

POLICY SUPPORT
大赛将对接上海市创新资金项目、科技小巨人工程、科技金融等相关政策，并且吸纳社会资本和组织多家创业组织提供创新创业服务，参赛者可以通过大赛参赛系统和“创业在上海”官网官微，自愿报名参加有关的辅导、培训和活动。更多信息及服务,请关注"创业在上海"官方微信号。

ABOUT THE COMPETITION
With the theme of "Startup in Shanghai",2019 Shanghai International Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition aims to promote the innovation and development of SMEs, propagate entrepreneurs, establish the innovation & entrepreneurship brand, make a group of venture stars, inspire the enthusiasm of the social entrepreneurship and promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation.

Rules of the competition
Small and micro enterprises
The annual operating income of the enterprise does not exceed 20 million Yuan;
Depend on the requirements of "Shanghai Technology Innovation Fund Project".
Growth enterprise group
Depend on the requirements of "Shanghai Science and Technology Little Giant Project".
SUPPORTING POLICIES
This competition will be linked to Shanghai technical innovation fund for SMEs, Science and Technology Little Giant Project, the policy of technology finance and other related policies and it will attract more extensive investment and financing institutions and entrepreneurial organizations to provide innovative and entrepreneurial services. All of the participants can learn more about the service information by paying attention to the official We Chat ID and website.

No objection after the publicity,selected enterprises will be Listed on the"2019 Annual Science and Technology SME Technology Innovation Fund Project",supported by relevant supporting funds and get the free "Cultivating School" training and "Dream Salon" service provided by the competition.
Growth enterprise：No objection after the publicity,selected enterprises will be listed on the "2019 Annual Shanghai Science and Technology Little Giant Project",and get free training such as mergers and acquisitions,shareholding system reform and appearing on the market,provided by equity trust centers,property rights exchanges and stock exchanges.

Superior enterprises
1、Superior enterprises will be screened out in accordance with the relevant requirements and procedures of China innovation and entrepreneurship competition to participate in the national competition and get the “Future Star • Mentor Face to Face” tutoring before the competition.
2、Superior enterprises will also obtain loan credit support from the cooperative c banks.
